[Bonetools] Bone pendant

Dear Simeun,
    There is a new interest in this subject. I published a paper on the
subject some years ago which I am attaching here. I failed to include
imitation where the size is deliberately altered (from normal size to
bigger especially). Miniaturization is evident from your example as well.
