[Bonetools] help qith mystery bone

I have never seen anything like this from Bronze Age materials BUT I am
pleased to see that Marta continues her tradition of strange worked bone
objects!!! Could this simply be a handle with elaborate decorations - since
only some of the holes are actually perforated and there seems to be
handling polish over the whole?
