[Bonetools] miniature knife

Dear Marloes,
I actually have a little pocket knife in my possession almost entirely
made from bone (only the rivets are made from metal) which was clearly a
memento from the Crimean War. Not medieval nor from a burial but in much
the same spirit as your little knife. I am happy tosend the image along if
you like.
