[Bonetools] A Bone ?Pendant from Oxford

There are many traditional Hungarian ornaments that uses this same
technique In fact the whole thing looks strangely 'eastern' as in the
so-called Migration period in our part of the world (Huns, Gepids, Avars,
Magyars etc.). Just for fun I am attaching an image pair of so-called hair
rings from  the 10th-11th c. which I find to be in the same spirit. The
actual form of this ornament does not ring any specific bells though.
