[Bonetools] A Bone ?Pendant from Oxford

This beautiful bone object has just emerged from an excavation in Oxford. It is pierced laterally 
at the apex and has a second perforation near the base, obscured by corrosion. I haven't seen 
anything like it and wonder if anybody has come across anything similar. I don't have any context 
details for it yet but, given that it came from Oxford, it is likely to date from c AD 900 - 1500.
