[Bonetools] bone pavement

Dear metapodi-all,

I found the paper of Armitage. It would be a fine thing to make a pdf 
with colour pictures, if the original dias can be reached/found.

I have a new example, from South America, ca. XVIII s, shown by a girl 
of Bresil of our lab. She is preparing  some lines.
