[Bonetools] bone pavement

Dear all,
sorry about that. In the text describing the floors they are described as
'astragalus floors but as far as I can tell they are all from distal or
proximal metapodia. I have the distinct impression they result directly
from the increasing industrial focus on Bos metapodia in bone-working
enterprises of various sorts and these floors are a kind of 'next step'
into efficient use of raw materials starting at the very end of the Middle
Ages and, as we see, even continuing until the nineteenth century!
