Certainly yes, though at the moment it is only possible through an
external Discovery Service. Just set the handler url (SessionInitiator)
to one of a type "SAMLDS" and you are done.

Currently it is not possible to use an Embedded Discovery Service or
multiple handler urls, which would send you to different IdPs or
federations. Please, file a feature request if you need any of the two.
