[shib_auth] Shibb Module with Open Atrium

Progress Update:

As a work around to make shibboleth authentication more obvious (and hopefully the 1st option to authenticate users by) I created a number of blocks which contained static html with a link to trigger the shibboleth authentication process.

I then used the layout_login context to only display the blocks to unauthenticated users and removed the shibboleth module title so it no longer looked like a header for the normal drupal login fields. I was also able to put a Shibboleth Login link beside the main Open Atrium login button by adding a block to the header region.

Open Atrium Overview & Common Terms

Open atrium provides an intranet in a box <https://community.openatrium.com/documentation-en/node/2211> and allows users to create groups with customised spaces containing the features their group require. Features include case tracker, blogs, documentation, calendar but other kit compatible features can be added.

Open atrium makes use of organic groups (og) module to allow these groups to form and spaces module to allow multiple versions of the features to co-exist on 1 website. Users can subscribe to open groups or be assigned to closed groups by the group manager or admin

Blocks: Blocks are boxes of content rendered into an area, or region, of a web page. The default theme Garland, for example, implements the regions "left sidebar", "right sidebar", "content", "header", and "footer", and a block may appear in any one of these areas.

Context: Context allows you to manage contextual conditions and reactions for different portions of your site. You can think of each context as representing a "section" of your site. For each context, you can choose the conditions that trigger this context to be active and choose different aspects of Drupal that should react to this active context. In my case the condition was the user was a member of the unauthenticated users role and the reaction was to display particular blocks

Did you manage to find a way to link the Open Atrium default Login link to trigger the shibboleth process? When I enable the shib module the drupal login page makes it look like I can enter my shibb username & password because the Shibboleth Login Link rests right about the drupal username field which makes it look like a title not another link.

I've attached a pdf screen dump to show what I mean

Yes, I was installing the latest openatrium to my test environment. The shib_auth module can register/authenticate users.
But in the atrium memebers can't show the shib users :-(

Sorry I didn't know well the openatrium. In this morning I saw the atrium again and it is working well with shib_auth, beacause it is just only an install profile not a changed drupal core.
So feel free to use our module with openatrium.
