[shib_auth] Administrator menu css broken

I've never experienced anything like this. What modules are enabled? Maybe 
others could provide you better answers, but mine is: if it's reproducible, 
then please open a bug and attach the broken HTML source (and optionally 
screenshots) there.

PS: a couple of months ago there was someone who even captured the whole 
process and attached the screencast, by help of which I could catch the almost 
unnoticeable typo he had made.
