[shib_auth] Administrator menu css broken

When I use the shib_auth module to log in via shibboleth as an admin I get redirected towhatever page I have the shib_auth set up to redirect me to. But every time the admin menu (at the top) is all messed up on the page. The CSS is broken or something. The menu links are just all over the bottom and sides of the page. I click refresh and the page loads as it should-with the menu at the top. And my admin menu I mean the one with the Drupal icon to flush the cache, content management, site building, site configuration, etc links/menus.

Anyone know why this happens?
