Továbbítom egy uniós könyvtáros levelét, amiben arról érdeklõdik,
hogy hogyan szokás átírni a magyar hosszú "ü"-t (és gondolom a 
hosszú "ö" betûket is), ha a számítógépes rendszer nem támogatja.
(Bár a levelében sikerült egy korrekt "û"-t írnia.)

Ha valaki ismeri a külföldi gyakorlatot, akkor válaszoljon neki a
