I am trying to collect information on what is the user's preferred way
of
viewing electronic books:

 a) Having a large PDF file with all of the contents of the original
object,
with the apropriate acrobat bookmarks (chapters) marked.

 b) Having a served-by-chapter approach, where the user gets only the
current chapter/portion of an e-book sent to the browser (with an HTML
TOC
which links to the rest of the book).

I will keep looking and post the findings to the list. Thanks!
