VACANT POSITION
The Vakgroep Politieke Wetenschappen of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel
wants to engage a fulltime doctoral researcher (for 2 years) for the
following project, starting
between 1 October 2004 and 1 January 2005:
Pursuing gender equality in multi-level systems. The project wants to
analyse the extent to which multi-level structures create a window of
opportunities for pursuing (effective) gender equality policies. The
focus is on the centres of initiative and centres of resistance in the
policy-making cycle of gender equality claims, examining the opportunity
structure that the existence of multiple levels might provide.
