I am Celina Kabongo, the widow of Mulumba Kabongo, the chief security officer (ADICAMP) to the late president of the Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaire), president Lauren Kabilla.

Our choice of Nigeria is based on the fact that my cousin resides in Nigeria, and that the government of Nigeria, one of the strongest in Africa, is clearly not in support of the Kabilla government.

But with the recent pally of the Nigeria government with Joseph Kabilla, the new president and son to the late president Lauren Kabilla, as shown by the recent visit of the young Kabilla to Nigeria, it is no longer safe to continue staying here, especially, as my son cannot continue his studies in Nigeria. Also we have almost exhausted the little cash we had on us.

I got your contract through an international business directory from the Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and have really been waiting for a more suitable time and opportunity to contact you concerning this transaction.  Right now, the money is now in a safe deposit box with a security company in Lagos, Nigeria where it is kept as family treasures, as we do not want the security company to know the actual content of the box. This is necessary for security reasons and to reduce the cost of storage. I am using this opportunity to seek for your assistance to move this money to your country, to be invested on behalf of my only son.

For this business to be concluded immediately, all you need to do is to arrange to meet with me and my son where this box is been lodged, open an account in your name, pay in the whole money after clearing and transferring it to your chosen account. We can't do that on our own because we don't have account elsewhere. Moreover, we don't have any business to cover-up that is why we needed your assistance. I am ready to offer you 30% of the total sum and give you the full power to manage 65% on be half of my son, while 5% will be sent aside for expenses.
