[Bonetools] Bones at the Crossroads

Dear Christian,
     I pre-ordered the book and it came today - hence the true enthusiasm.
Trust me, at this point in my life I have STOPPED buying books. Good news
about the Open Access, which is what drew me to this excellent press in the
first place. It is fun to hold a book but PDFs are more useful when
searching for bits of information for articles and things. By the way -
your talk was really great. For me, the amazing thing has been to watch
this group and bone tools as a sub-discipline, grow tenfold from very
meager beginnings 40+ years ago when I began.
