Thank you Alice, that's very kind of you to say. It was wonderful to have you all in Montréal just before the pandemic, and we really had a great time putting this volume together with Markus, Bev and Steve; they did a great job, really. 
Now go buy the book, all of you! (or wait untill it becomes entirely open access in one year...).
