[Bonetools] unknown object

Dear All,

I wonder if anyone has seen or uncovered similar bone tools like these, and wonder what they are, fishing tools perhaps. They were accidentally found during plantation in central Thailand. We think the artifacts, based on relative chronology, date to around 3,000 bp or late Neolithic in the context of Southeast Asia.

All the best,
Thanik

Frankly, here in the Carpathian Basin, nice neat holes like that only appear at the beginning of our Late Bronze Age, around 1200 BC. Do the holes show any directional wear which might be a clue to whether the little plaque could 'clap' .
