[Bonetools] antler whistles?

As far as I know, objects of this kind from Roman France are
tentatively interpreted as harness elements, not as whistles.
Attached is a sketch of a specimen from western France.
It is also made on a tine from a red deer antler. I can get
a little more documentation if needed, but not before next week.

Cheers,

Jean-Marc
