Dear Sonja,

In Molí d'Espígol (Tornabous) an Iberian Peninsula Iron Age site (first half of the III rd century BC), there are two oovicaprin antlers catalogued as whistles. But is an attribution that there would necessary to verify since Etan Ayalon suggested.
I send draw and bibliography where it has published:
-M. Cura (2006): “El jaciment del Molí d’Espígol (Tornabous-Urgell) : excavacions arqueològiques 1987-1992”. Barcelona: 222-223, lám. 51-1 y 62-7.

While I was searching through papers, I have found barely several similar objects (and majority of them were not determined as being whistles). I have also contacted some of you for an advice on the subject. So, I am now asking entire group - do you know any published similar antler whistles (not only Roman)?! I am attaching a photo of one of them.
