[Bonetools] Ivory ring

  Ivory rings occur on 5th century Anglo-Saxon cremations and later 
inhumations in England and Germany, interpreted as  handles of bags. See 
Hills 2001, ivory rings in early medieval graves in Hamerow and McGregor 
eds, Image and Power, essays presented to Rosemary Cramp, also Riddler 
in  Hills and Lucy 2013, Spong Hill  vol.IX p.103-4.Walton Rogers 2007 
discusses bags in connection with Anglo-Saxon dress,  Cloth and Clothing
