Dear all,
The bone tool i put in the attachement of this email derives from an alpine roman settlement in the west of South Tyrol/Italy. Its 13 cm long, both edges are broken and it has a nearly rhombic section. The archeological layer, in which the objekt was found, dates it in the late roman period (second half of 4th century). It would be very nice, if somebody can give me further informations to this bone tool.
With kind regards
Stephan Leitner
