[Bonetools] suggestions?

If this was a prehistoric piece from the Carpathian Basin I would
hypothesize that it was a asdz-like hafted tool but hopefully other people
who have worked on medieval rural sites in the region will have also seen
similar things? Guessing at actual function without a scrap of use wear
analysis is not terribly reasonable though.
