[Bonetools] ICAZ membership

Dear Pam,
    Well, I have 'volunteered' to read five of the papers and you guys along
with amy have already read a bunch. I think that someone is going to have to
read the proofs a final time and I think that someone might just be Doug? He
has good eyes for these things. You might write to Petar to encourage him.
Maybe you should also writee to Isabelle - innocently - saying you could not
be at the meetings and asking about the status of your paper etc. I very,
very much disapprove of her trying to take over the format of the meetings
and trying to shape it to her own ends. I also do not approve of elitism in
this sort of proceedings - or anywhere else for that matter. People should
be encouraged to contribute not feel excluded. and anysway as some of her
French non-fans say - who is she to judge what is good or not good in these
papers. Let's hope this is all nasty gossip.
