[Bonetools] Fwd: quiver!--red dear antler

Dear Gianfranco

Is there any traces of fire or burn-marks in the antler? and what is the dark/black substance inside it. I would guess on the fire too.  But also I think its possible function could be for incense-smokers or even a palette for paint, because there is equavalents made from ceramics from the copper age and neolithic.
