2nd circular WBRG meeting

Dear colleagues and friends,

Finally we have the pleasure to announce the Second circullar for the 5th
WBRG meeting which will take
place by the end of this summer in Veliko Turnovo,Bulgaria. As many of you certainly remember, in the
First Circullar, we have asked you to support us withexpressions of interest in order to apply for financial
support that would have allowed covering the expenses of some of our
colleagues that cannot rely on support from other institutions. Unfortunately,
this application was not approved and so we have to proceed on our own as
before. Nevertheless, we wish to express once more our sincere gratitutde
to all who have timely responded to our request.

Back then some of you have already declared titles and topics of their
communications. In the attachments herewith there is a document listing
those preliminary suggestions. Excuse us if we have omitted someone. In
this Second circullar letter we are suggesting the
main points that would be of interest for the participants and as a separate attachment we include a
registration form that would help us arrange the organizational and accomodation issues. In order to
keep our meetings functioning as occasions for real interaction and exchange of ideas between the
participants, we have agreed to avoid parallel sessions. Therefore there are certain limitations
imposed by time, e.g. for the given schedule, there is actual possibility for having ca. 35 oral
presentations. So, those exceeding the "quota" will be strongly encouraged to present their work in poster
session.

Please note, that if you are kind to complete and return the form even if you
cannot come to the meeting yourself (thus marking "unlikely to come" this
will help us update the profile of the group.

We hope to meet most of you in Bulgaria and help us turn the next meeting into fruitful and inspiring
event.
