addendum to the publication instructions

Dear Collegueges,
        Cornelia Becker just wrote to say that some details of the first
stage of publication were unclear. All abstracts should be sent to me
and I will forward them to Cornelia. Abstracts will appear in English and
German unless someone wants to help with French translations (all 40
of them!). Enclosed is the address list in Windows ACCESS. Please
check and make sure your address is correct because Cornelia found
mistakes in that as well. It would be quite important to get the
addresses right before I begin mailing back questions to people
and Jorg starts his mailing for the next meeting.
