Popularization of theimportance of supercomputers and their use for the improvement of peopleseveryday lives is necessary. People seem to be mystified by supercomputers,if they are even aware of them. Each project partner currently operates anational supercomputing infrastructure, and invests great effort intopopularization activities in order to explain what supercomputing really is,why it is essential in todays society, and why it is a justifiableinvestment. Our plan is to explain the fundamental role supercomputers playin innovations and scientific advancements, the advantages of their use, andto highlight how they influence everyday life. The understanding of bothscientific topics and supercomputing is not easy for non-experts. To make allcommunications understandable, we plan to tailor all dissemination materialsfor various levels of age, education, and expertise. The aim of the projectis not only to educate the general public, but also to inspire the youngergeneration in V4 countries to take up careers in science and technology.
