I am Barr. DR JOHNSON ODUNZE(Solicitor and Advocate)and personal/family
Attorney to the late Mr. Philips Ameenah,a national of your country,
who used to be a financial controller with Shell Oil development
company in Nigeria herein shall be referred to as "my client''.On
the 21st of April 2001, my client'' his wife and their three children
were involved in a car accident along Sagbama express road Port
Harcourt Rivers State Nigeria. All occupants of the vehicle burnt to ashes.
Ever since then, I have made several enquiries to his embassy to
locate any of "my client   extended relatives but this has also
proved unsuccessful. "My client'' left firth five million dollars {$55md}in the Union Bank Nigeria Plc here in Nigeria .

Note, that my client deposited the fund before his unfortunate
demise, and of which I have the whole Documents to the fund as
his Attorney here in Nigeria. Upon the confirmation of your Bank
particulars, your private telephone and fax number, i will not hesitate
to start the necessary step that will enable you claim the fund from the Bank.

Finally, every further information regarding to this fund will be
disclosed to you as soon as I confide my trust in you that you
will never take undue advantage of the fund upon the claim of the money from
the Bank.

Percentage terms will also be discussed with you before we can proceed.
