My name is Mr Bayo Gabriel, the manager, Portharcourt branch of Commercial Bank Of Africa. I am writing in  respect of a foreign customer of my bank with account number 154-256-5204/CBA/FD to the tune of Twenty Million,Five hundred United states dollars, a national of your country who died with his entire family (His wife and only son) in Motor accident.

On the 21st of April 2000, my foreign customer, his wife and their only son were involved in a car accident along sagbama express road. All occupants of the vehicle unfortunately lost there lives. Since then I have made several enquiries to locate any of my clients extended relatives this has also proved unsuccessful. After these several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to track his last name over the Internet, to locate any member of his family hence I contacted you. I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the assets and Capital valued at (TWENTY MILLION,FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS) left behind by my late customer before they are confiscated and declared unserviceable by the share holders of this bank ,so that they can share his total funds as dividends amongst them selves.

The Bank has issued a notice to provide the next of kin or have the account confiscated within the next fourteen official working days. Because the banking ethics here does not allow dead customers assets and capital to stay more than three years that means that this money will be recalled to the bank treasury as unclaimed after this period and l have reasoned that if any of the relative of the decease fail to collect this money the shares holders of the bank will decleared the assets and capital unserviceable and they will share this total funds as dividends amongst themselves. since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for about 3 years now, and as l do not want his total assets and capital value at (TWENTY MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS) to be confisticated by the share holders of my bank. Hence, I contacted you to seek your consent to present you as the next of kin to the deceased since you have the same last names, so that the proceeds of this account can be paid to you.

For your information, my role in this transaction is to ensure that my late customer's relatives actually claim his total assets and capital with our bank instead to be confisticated by the share holders of the bank because our late customer was a nice man during his banking with us before his untimely death.  You will have to use your own free mind to suggest what you shall buy for me as present after the total money has been successfully transferred to your account in your country.

Upon the receipt of your response, I shall furnish you with the next step to take on how you shall prosecute this claim to your account. I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction is hitch free and that you should not entertain any fear as all modalities for fund transfer can be finalized within five banking days, after you have shown your intention of claimS and as your application to the bank as the Next Of Kin to the deceased has been confirmed and approved.
