<p>Sziasztok!</p>
<p>Szakképzési Centrumhoz tartozó technikumban vagyok garázda.<br>
Velünk ezt már eljátszották, nem vagyunk közalkalmazottak.
Elhangzott a piaci bér és a bértárgyalás/béralku, amikor ez
történt. Bementem,, tárgyaltam, alkudoztam. Az első válaszmondatuk
az volt, hogy tisztelik, elismerik a munkámat, számítanak rám, de
ebben a rubrikában ennyi pénz van és kész.</p>
<p>Azóta történt minimálbér-emelés. Erre válaszul elvették a
pótlékot, így nettó 6.000-rel lett több a fizum.<br>

feltűnt, hogy az új köznevelési törvénytervezetben
nincs a <br>
oktató-nevelő munkát közvetlen segítők között a
rendszergazda. Ha a <br>
törvény egészében keresem a rendszergazda szót az is
0 találatot hoz, ha <br>
ez így igaz megszűnik ez a státusz, így bármikor
megszűntethető lesz a <br>
munkaviszonyunk.<br>
