Megoldva, egy támogatási fórumon találtam, ez segített. Ilyen sorrendben nem
próbálkoztam korábban.

 

1.	Disconnect the network cable from the machine.
2.	Now turn the machine off and unplug the machine by unplugging the
power cord from the power source.
3.	Wait one full minute and then plug the power cord back in without
the network cable attached.
4.	Wait for the machine to go through the start up.  The jobs that were
stuck may print out.
5.	Plug the network cable back in and you should be back in business.
