Lassan elfelejtem, hogy a google a baratom.
Ezt talaltam:

culprit, now to turn it off too.
Look In the addins option, In the "Type" column the IM Contacts is 
identified as an "Action".
So, look at the bottom of the Addins option "backstage dialog".
The "Manage" defaults to "COM add-ins". Click on the drop down and 
select "Action".  then click on the Go... button
Turn off the IM Contacts by clearing the check mark from beside it. If 
you can't access it, turn on "Enable Additional actions in the 
right-click menu", then turn off IM.
