Windows7 + megosztott nyomtato

Szia,

azt nézted, hogy amikor előjön a hiba, akkor fut-e a nyomtatási
várólista nevű szolgáltatás? Mert nemrég találkoztam egy hasonló esettel
(win7+hp1020). 

Megoldásnak ezt találtam:
1.start ->Run ->enter services.msc and press OK.
2.Go to the 'Printer Spooler service' -> select it by double click
->select startup type to Automatic.
3.Go to the the C:\Windows\System32\spool\printers folder and Delete all
the contents from there.
4.Reboot the system and install the printer again.
