esetleg urlscan nemszol bele?
vagy:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=hu&FamilyID=3fd31f05-d091-49b3-8a80-bf9b83261372-inen 
letoltve es felteve a frissitest majd a proxycfg-al esetleg meglehetne nezni 
hogy nincs es valami elkonfigolva.
