Samba + jelszómódosítás = invalid pass?

Volna egy igencsak érdekes gondom Linux alatt, tudnátok segíteni? (Ha 
nem akkor valszeg nem fognak tudni a diákok jelszótváltani.)

Létrehoztam rootként egy usert a sambaba meg eleve linuxon is. Namost 
rootként simán tudok jelszótmódosítani de userként kellene ráadásul a 
rendszerrel szinkronizálva. (Azaz, hogy ugyanaz legyen a pass a 
rendszeren és a samba-n). SZóval ezt beállítottam a config fileban. És 
ezekután userkén beírom hogy smbpasswd és ezt kapom:

bigacsiga at Server:~$ smbpasswd
