What does this mean? What happens after authenticating with shibboleth?
Do you get an error message or aren't you logged in to drupal?

This one should have a value, and it explains why the automatic login
does not work. Do you have an explanation for this being empty? I've
never seen a case where all the Shibboleth environment/headers were set
except for the identity provider.
