[shib_auth] Announcing shib_auth 4.0

Hi shib_auth folks,

I'm happy to announce the 'stable' release of shib_auth module. Since
the last released version (-rc3 for Drupal7 and -rc6 for Drupal6) there
has been a couple of bugs fixed, so if you have any problems with your
current module, please consider upgrading it!

In the last couple of weeks we were concentrating on fixing bugs and
other anomalies. There are a couple of cool feature requests waiting in
the queue, so I suppose the next will be a more feature-rich release.
(Of course, 4.0 is also full of new features when you compare it with
the ancient 3.x.)

Thanks for everybody who contributed with reporting bugs and suggesting
new features. We hope that with shib_auth you can get the most of your
portal+Shibboleth combo.
