[shib_auth] New release: 7.x-4.0-rc1

Hi shib_auth users,

I just wanted to announce that I have just rolled out the first release 
candidate version of the module for Drupal 7. This RC version does not contain 
any known bugs, but community test is very much welcome. 

I also wanted to say thanks to my collagues who were working hard to make D7 
port available, namely:
 - Tamas Devai (dorion)
 - Zoltan Kiss (shafter)
 - Ivan Marton (martoni)
