[shib_auth] FW: No errors but no authentication

Update. I decided to try the Shibboleth the way that I had it . . . locking down the entire Drupal directory. It works like it used to. I throws up the Shibboleth log in page. You log in and are authenticated. No Drupal log in link.
So I guess I am confused why I can't have more than one <Location> directive in Apache for this module to work with. Or can I? Am I missing another piece of the configuration?
Thanks again.

Subject: No errors but no authentication
After getting this working two weeks ago, I had to move to a new Apache server (Zend set up) and use a different database. Also, I had to protect specific pages/sections of my Drupal not the entire application.
After the move, I know my Shibboleth is still working (for a different application). There are no errors in the Shibboloeth logs.
I know the Drupal Shibboleth is installed as I see the shibboleth module block to turn on or off and the settings for the module which have been set are available in the menu. The shib_auth and authmap tables are there and populated. Etc.
The problem I am seeing is that I can log in with the Shibboleth web form when I try to access a protected area and I get redirected to Drupal but I am not signed in. I still have the "Sign in" link. I have DEBUG turned on but don't see any errors. I don't see errors in any of my log files either.
So I am at a loss.
I do see the Shibboleth $_SERVER variables being set. And I see something that may or may not be weird as I never paid much attention before (to the previous install that worked) . . . the variables have "REDIRECT" prefixed to their names like
[REDIRECT_Shib-Application-ID] => . . . .
[REDIRECT_Shib-Session-ID] => . . . .
[REDIRECT_name] => tommytest
Is this normal? If so, where else do I look for issues?
I have restarted my server, cleared my browser cache, cleared my Drupal cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the module. I have done everything I know.
Thanks,
Tommy
