[shib_auth] Two logins, one account

Hi!

Is it possible for a user to sign in with two different logins but only create one Drupal account? Our users have two types of logins but I feel that it's unnecessary to create two user accounts if they login with both of them.

This should be possible if both of the logins contain the same server variables, right? And if so, Is that the only option?
