absolute last call for abstracts

To participants in the the bone tool conference,
        I am beginning to gather together all the abstracts and room
reservations that you have sent me. If you think that you would like to
come but are presently unsure about funding etc. please let me know. I
really need the abstracts  so I can prepare a small booklet for
conference paticipants.
         I also know that not all of you can afford to come to far off
Budapest. I have thought that perhaps it would still be important for you
to send papers for publiction (at least in a short form)  even if you don't
physically make it to the conference.
        However, please do let me know one way or the other. I
must reserve rooms now. If I hear from you too late you run the risk that
I will have to house you outside the conference center at a higher cost.
        I am looking forward meeting all of you.
