URGENT AND CONFIDENTIAL

Dear,
I am Celina Kabongo, the widow of Mulumba Kabongo, the
chief security officer (ADICAMP) to the late president
of the Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaire),
president Lauren Kabilla.

After the assassination of the president, my husband
was shot by one of the accomplices to the
assassination, in an attempt to cover their
involvement in the assassination and proclaim my
husband as the sole initiator and executor of the
assassination.

Before the incident, my husband has earlier informed
me of the existence (in his private study) of a box
containing the sum of Fifty Million United States
Dollars (US$50,000,000.00). The late president had
given him this money to be moved to Brussels, Belgium
where it will be deposited in his private bank
account.

raised by the shooting was yet to settle, I made away
with the box (in the company of our only son, Patrice)
with the aid of a lower officer in the army through
the border with the Central African Republic to the
Cameroon. We stayed in the Cameroon for four days
before relocating to Nigeria where we are presently
staying. Our choice of Nigeria is based on the fact
that my cousin resides in Nigeria, and that the
government of Nigeria, one of the strongest in Africa,
is clearly not in support of the Kabilla government.

But with the recent pally of the Nigeria government
with Joseph Kabilla, the new president and son to the
late president Lauren Kabilla, as shown by the recent
visit of the young Kabilla to Nigeria, it is no longer
safe to continue staying here, especially, as my son
cannot continue his studies in Nigeria. Also we have
almost exhausted the little cash we had on us.

I got your contract through an international business
directory from the Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and
have really been waiting for a more suitable time and
opportunity to contact you concerning this
transaction.  Right now, the money is now in a safe
deposit box with a security company in Lagos, Nigeria
where it is kept as family treasures, as we do not
want the security company to know the actual content
of the box. This is necessary for security reasons and
to reduce the cost of storage. I am using this
opportunity to seek for your assistance to move this
money to your country, to be invested on behalf of my
only son.

where this box is been lodged, open an account in your
name, pay in the whole money after clearing and

that on our own because we don't have account
elsewhere. Moreover, we don't have any business to
cover-up that is why we needed your assistance. I am
ready to offer you 30% of the total sum and give you
the full power to manage 65% on be half of my son,
