<p>Magyarországon a zárójelentéseket teletűzdelik orvosi latin kifejezésekkel (és rövidítésekkel), mert úgy tekintik, hogy nem a betegnek szól, hanem a többi orvosnak. Ezeket egy átlagos könyvtáros sem fogja egykönnyen megérteni.</p>
<p>A beteget normális esetben szóban tájékoztatják. Amit viszont szóban elmondanak, azt könnyebben elfelejti az ember, vagy a stresszhelyzet miatt eleve kevésbé tud rá figyelni. Úgy hallottam, vannak már országok, ahol érthető köznyelven írásban is tájékoztatni
kell a beteget, bár ez vélhetően több adminisztrációval jár.<br>
