The first part of the international Conference (16th October) focuses on the trends and developments in Open Access in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">Greece</st1:country-region></st1:place>, and specifically public sector information, open government and open education/open research. The second part of the conference (October 17th and 18th) is <a href="http://www.medoanet.eu/events/medoanet-european-conference">MedOANet European Conference</a>. The final conference of MedOANet project will serve to present the results of the project, placing them in the wider European perspectives on Open Access policies, and providing a forum for the current debate on Open Access policy implementation practices within the EU.
