Compendex now includes all abstracts from 1970+ automatically within a
subscription.

A simpler, easier-to-navigate interface for students and casual users,
and an interface with more control for expert searchers.

The new design also allows the user, after finding a relevant document,
to then find related documents in the same, or other databases.

User Personalization features which include:
Current Awareness in the form of email alerts based on your own query
profile.
Query and document saving for the individual user.

The addition of more full-text access from Elsevier and other
publishers, with more to come in the near future.

The addition of new content to the Village, in the form of Patents (from
the US Patent Office), Product Catalogs (future implementation of
SoluSource from Thomas Publishing), and Engineering Handbooks (from CRC
Press).

Improved database codes and search grammar to increase accuracy and high
