hatálybalépésre tekintettel -illetékességből- a Szellemi Tulajdon

Dear all,

Please be informed that an EU wide online Orphan works database 
has been launched by the Office for Harmonization in the Internal 
Market (OHIM) acting through the Observatory.


The creation of this database has been entrusted to the OHIM by the 
EU Directive on Orphan works, entered into force end of 2012, which 
sets out common rules for the digitisation and online display of orphan

works which had been first published or broadcast in the EU.

The database can be accessed on the Observatory website:
