[KATALIST] DRM for digital libraries in Hungary

Dear ladies and gentlemen, Dear library-team,

in the context of the European research project "BlogForever" (
www.blogforever.eu) I am looking for informations about DRM of
online/digital-libraries and archives in Europe.

 Blogforever is a three year project funded by the European Commission to
develop a software platform capable of aggregating, preserving, managing
and disseminating blog content.

 I am precisely looking for - where applicable - standardised rules,
guidelines, tool kits or an appropiate institution who deal with DRM in
Hungary´s digital archives.

What do digital archives have to keep in mind concerning Hungary´s
intellectual property rights, copyright laws, etc.?

We would be very thankful if you might have hints or information about this
issue.
