[KATALIST] digitalizálási projekt, Google, szerzői jogok, EBLIDA álláspont

Tisztelt Kollégák, Listatagok! 
Az EBLIDA az európai könyvtárak lobbistájaként a tegnapi napon egy EU (szak)bizottsági meghallgatáson adhatta elő álláspontját a Google digitalizálási projektjének, az ún.  'US Google Book' egyezmény európai vetületeiről. 
Azz EBLIDA igazgatója -  ígérete szerint -  a bizottsági meghallgatás eseményeiről és eredményéről is beszámol majd.  
 
Érdemes megismerkedni a meghallgatásra beterjesztett dokumentummal, amelyben - többek között - az EBLIDA szorgalmazza a szerzői jogok jelenlegi jogi szabályainak korszerűsítését, a Google-val kötendő európai uniós megállapodás megkötését.
