The IFLA Section on Cataloguing's ISBD Review Group is pleased to
announce publication on IFLANET of _ISBD(A):
International Standard Bibliographic Description for Older Monographic
Publications (Antiquarian)__ originally published in print by K. G. Saur
in 1991 (2nd revised edition). The URL for direct access to this
electronic version is <http://www.ifla.org/VII/s13/pubs/isbda.htm>.

The Review Group wishes to acknowledge the contribution of OCLC staff
under the supervision of Glenn Patton, Director, Metadata Standards &
Quality and member of the Review Group, to the realization of this
project.  The ISBD(A), as is the case with the entire Family of ISBDs,
is subject to future revision to incorporate the recommendations of the
Study Group on Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records.
